MOUNT VERNON — The Knox County Health Planning Partnership has released the preliminary results of a countywide survey on the health and well-being of Knox County residents. The next step is for the partnership to collect feedback from the community in order to complete the 2018 Community Health Improvement Plan.

The Community Health Planning Partnership is a coalition of 25 area entities, coordinated by the Knox County Health Department. They sent a 109-question survey to 1,200 local residents earlier this year. Nearly 400 (38 percent) anonymously completed the survey.

The draft report is available on the Knox County Health Department website under the Administration tab.
