CENTERBURG — The Joering 509 Benefit, a fund-raising dinner for the family of Westerville Police Officer Eric Joering, will be held Sunday, April 8, from 1-4 p.m., at the Centerburg High School cafeteria.
There will be 500 meals served, first-come, first-served, at the school. Donations for the meals will be accepted at the door and the funds will benefit Joering’s wife, Jamie, and three daughters, Eva, Elaina and Ella.
There will be silent and live auctions, as well as a raffle for a 55-inch television. Steve Jagger will auctioneer the live auction, which will take place at 3:15 p.m.
