City sign dispute becomes heated

What was expected to be a quiet discussion on the proposed changes to the city’s sign and address codes became briefly heated Monday evening when Councilman Chris Menapace all but accused Safety-Service Director Joel Daniels of giving preferential treatment to the owner of Connell’s Furniture.
