Joshua Morrison/News Tuesday’s winds whipped up a non-reactive lyme that sits on the surface of the Mount Vernon Water Department’s lagoons near Harcourt Road and Ohio 229. The lyme, which is not harmful according to Utilities Director Mathias Orndorf, left a light coating nearby trees and homes and on the cars left at the Park and Ride.
