HOWARD — Matthew Oliver Frasure, 41, of Bradenton, Florida, and formerly of Howard, passed away Feb. 27, 2018, in Florida. He was born Oct. 8, 1976, in Columbus, the son of Olia and Margaret “Peg” (Staib) Frasure.

Matthew was a 1995 graduate of East Knox High School and would later earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Southwest Minnesota State University.

He is survived by his parents; his beloved son and the light of his life, Luke Aron Frasure; a brother, Pastor David A. Frasure of Lebanon; a sister, Tami A. Ware of San Angelo, Texas; many aunts, uncles and cousins; the mother of his child, Amy McGuirt and her other children, Austin McGuirt and Blake McGuirt.

Matthew was preceded in death by his brother, Larry A. Frasure.

Friends may call Saturday, March 24, 2018, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Floral Valley Community Center, 850 Crestrose Drive, Howard, OH 43028. A Celebration of Life service will begin at 1:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to help with the continued education of his son Luke and may be made to the Matt Frasure Memorial Fund at any Fifth Third Bank Branch.
