MOUNT VERNON — Teresa Lynn Blubaugh, 50, passed away March 7, 2018, at the Knox Community Hospital with her family by her side. She was born July 20, 1967, in Columbus.

Teresa loved the game of pool. She played in tournaments around the country with her team “Sassy Sticks.” She also had a love for the ocean, taking many trips to the beach with family. Teresa also had a passion for animals and was self-employed as a pet groomer. But most importantly, she enjoyed time spent with her family.

She is survived by her fiancé, Bobby Lively of Mount Vernon; her children, Christopher Huffman, Matt Ott and Richie Blubaugh, all of Mount Vernon; 10 grandchildren, Kaylynn, Hailee, Kaidyn, Alex, Keagan, Kaden, Kaleb, Joey, Jackson and Jack; mother, Ruth (Jack) Welker of Mount Vernon; two sisters, Connie Bywaters and Jacki (Carl) Bolton, both of Mount Vernon; two brothers, David (Nicole) Welker of Mount Vernon and Rick Ott of Mansfield; and step-children Robert, Ryan, Alicia, Jessica and Daniel.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Welker and Mike Ott; granddaughter, Leanna; maternal grandparents, Bob and Opal Fling; and paternal grandparents, Weldon and Lucille Ott.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 11, from 2-6 p.m. at the Lasater Funeral Home, 11337 Upper Gilchrist Road in Mount Vernon.
