Go Fish with Chuck Martin

I’m not a big fan of the Christmas season, mainly because I dislike this time of year, with the short daylight hours and lousy weather.

But there is one good point: We’ve hit rock bottom for the year and the daylight will be getting slightly longer each day as we climb toward spring.

I always kind of use the beginning of April as the target date for getting everything ready to go fishing again and that’s not as easy as it sounds. The easy part is doing things like replacing broken hooks or stripping old line. The hard part is making decisions about what to keep in the boat and what to leave in the garage.
