GAMBIER — “Pioneer Toys,” a free program for children ages 8-14, will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 5, at 6:30 p.m., at the Gambier Community Library.

Project leader Sean Smith will help participants make a clacker block. What is a clacker block? According to Smith, “It’s made of wood, so you know it’s good! It clacks. It stacks. It’s a good time, with no batteries required!”

The program is free and open to all children age 8-14. Materials will be provided.
