Bill Davis/News Highland’s Bridget Oder gets a dig during the first set in Thursday’s Knox-Morrow Athletic Conference match against Northmor. The Scots won in three sets.

SPARTA — Different conference. Same result.

For the fifth straight year, the Highland Scots ended their season unbeaten in conference play. On Thursday, they wrapped up their campaign hosting Northmor, which was vying for the No. 2 position in the Knox-Morrow Athletic Conference. With solid play all around, the Scots earned a sweep, 25-13, 25-21, 25-19.

“They had a tough week. We knew that. We just wanted to rally and make them work,” Highland coach Rob Terrill said. “They (Northmor) have a really nice team, and they’ll do really well in the tournament. But, we have to get into tournament mode ourselves.”
