MOUNT VERNON — Multiple cases were heard in Mount Vernon Municipal Court on Tuesday and Wednesday. The following pleaded guilty in front of Judge John Thatcher:

Thomas C. Kemmer, 44, of Fredericktown, driving under FRA suspension; one day in jail and a fine of $250, plus court costs.

Joshua A. Stotts, 35, Roseville, driving under suspension; two days in jail and a $150 fine.

Charles A. Beeman, 35, Mount Vernon, driving under FRA suspension; $150 fine.

Michelle L. Kline, 39, Loudonville, selling alcohol to an underage person; $500 fine.

John A. Bailey, 45, Mount Vernon, possession of drug paraphernalia/marijuana; $150 fine.

Jacob D. Donalon, 26, of Mount Vernon, pled guilty to charges of theft by deception, 50 days in jail and ordered to pay restitution; driving under FRA suspension, $200 fine.

The following were found guilty:

Shawna M. Posey, 30, Mount Vernon, possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia; $150 fine.

Daniel C. Dilger, 29, Mount Vernon, disorderly conduct; $150 fine.

William T. Dilger, 33, Mount Vernon, disorderly conduct; $150 fine.

Raymond V. Beaver, 25, Mount Vernon, possession of drug abuse instruments; must complete a drug and alcohol assessment within 60 days, complete a 2-year probation term, attend 1 Narcotics Anonymous meeting per week, enroll in random drug testing program, $50 fine.

Steven C. Rainer II, 31, Brinkhaven, driving under suspension; $200 fine.

Jennifer Blankenship, 39, Mount Vernon, operating a vehicle with expired plates; $35 fine; and wrongful entrustment; $150 fine.

Bridget M. McElroy, 35, Mount Vernon, use of unauthorized plates; $100 fine.

Jamie Harris, 28, Mount Vernon, driving without an operator’s license; $200 fine.

Kevin R. Fawcett Jr., 40, Mount Vernon, driving under suspension/failure to reinstate; $215 fine.

Assistant Director of Law Brittany Whitney represented the state of Ohio and the city of Mount Vernon in these cases.
