FREDERICKTOWN — It was a packed house in the Fredericktown Municipal Building for Monday night’s council meeting. Citizen concerns ranged from the water runoff, the village’s skunk problem and the status of the proposed community center.

Several residents voiced concerns about the large number of skunks in the village and what can be done to eradicate the problem.
