Pastor Ruth Douglas


BUTLER — Pastor Ruth Douglas has recently joined the North Liberty United Methodist Church, 20961 North Liberty Road, Butler. She began her ministry career in 2014 at Jelloway UMC, after serving as Lay Leader at Berlin UMC for 10 years. Douglas led Bible study for 12 years and she and her husband, Mark, served on various service committee projects.

Pastor Douglas’ life experiences have helped her find forgiveness, generosity and love. She enjoys preaching scripture so that all will know the joy of Jesus and God’s grace. Douglas is motivated, enthusiastic and an encourager, ready to listen and assist in showing the love of Jesus to those in the community. A prayer warrior, and blessed with the gifts of hospitality, administration and compassion, Douglas truly cares and loves all people.
