Parking on North Ewing Street in Centerburg continues to cause headaches for residents, motorists and businesses.

CENTERBURG — Parking took center stage during Monday’s Centerburg Village Council meeting as resident Greg Sands spoke with council regarding ongoing problems on North Ewing Street that pose dangers and bottlenecks in the area that includes three businesses — Animal Station, Hendren Farms and Eckard Agriculture.

“There are daily problems with customers trying to get down the street,” Sands said.

“I watch 20-25 cars parking on that street everyday,” Sands said. He added that he has seen residents of the street pull over the curb to park in their yards because there is no on-street parking available.
