* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for... 
Richland County in north central Ohio... 
Marion County in north central Ohio... 
Ashland County in north central Ohio... 
Morrow County in north central Ohio... 
Stark County in northeastern Ohio... 
Southern Summit County in northeastern Ohio... 
Wayne County in northeastern Ohio... 
Holmes County in northeastern Ohio... 
Knox County in north central Ohio... 

* Until 445 PM EDT 

* At 1049 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to 
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding. Overflowing poor 
drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area. 

* Some locations that will experience flooding include... 
Canton, Mansfield, Marion, Wooster, Ashland, Mount Vernon, Mount 
Gilead, Millersburg, Massillon, Barberton, Green, Alliance, North 
Canton, Louisville, Orrville, Berlin, Rittman, Ontario, Lexington 
and Walnut Creek. 

Rainfall of 1 to locally 2 inches is expected over the area. This 
rain will result in minor flooding. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... 

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles. 

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding 
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
