MOUNT VERNON — A Gambier man is facing up to life in prison after being indicted for murder by the grand jury.

Kevin Remillard, 48, was indicted Monday on one count of murder, an unclassified felony, and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony. The murder charge includes a gun specification, which carries a mandatory three years in prison. The murder charge carries a penalty of 15 years to life.
