CENTERBURG — Head baseball coach Joe Smith is waiting for his Centerburg Trojans to start hitting.

In the meantime, their pitching is doing plenty to get them wins.

Jackson Goulter and Cody Wright combined to allow one hit as the Trojans knocked off the previously-unbeaten Cardington-Lincoln Pirates, 5-2, in Wednesday’s Mid-Ohio Athletic Conference game.
