MOUNT VERNON — A Mount Vernon Municipal Court probation officer is seeking to suspend mandatory jail time for a Croton woman convicted of OVI.

Probation Officer Julie Fisher Tuesday in Mount Vernon Municipal Court asked that jail time for Leigha R. Maag, 32, Croton, be suspended “until further order of the court.”
