MOUNT VERNON — Marsha I. Nichols, 46, of Mount Vernon, died unexpectedly Saturday, Jan. 28, 2017, at her mother’s home. She was born in Mount Vernon on Nov. 17, 1970, to Cheryl (Ott) Mizer and the late Charles B. Conkle.

Marsha was a member of the AmVets, the V.F.W. and the Moose Lodge in Mount Vernon. She was nicknamed, Meme, by her granddaughters that she so dearly loved to spend time with.

Marsha is survived by her mother, Cheryl of Mount Vernon; children, Brooke (Josh Fellows) Graves of Galion, Bryant Graves and Brittany Graves of Fredericktown and Benitto Pilotti of Pell City, Ala.; granddaughters, Joy and Monica Fellows of Galion; and a half-brother, Charles Conkle.

In addition to her father, Marsha was preceded in death by a half-sister, Terry.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 3, in Mound View Cemetery with Pastor Ken Springer officiating.
