DAYTON — Marie (Hill) Tocheff, 90, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, Jan. 8, 2017. She was born Sept. 23, 1926. Marie has been a Faithful member of Dayton First Church of the Nazarene since 1946.

She is survived by her daughter, Shirley A. Garrett of Brookville; son and daughter-in-law, Robert D. and Diana Tocheff of Mount Vernon; sister, Dorothy Bennett of West Carrollton; grandchildren, Debbie (Steve) Rhoton, Christine Drosdak, Cathy (Craig) Anderson, Darlene (Sean) Barrett, Kyle (Becky) Tocheff, Kimberly (Adam) Dillon, Clayton (Katie) Tocheff, Michael (Anji) McNeil; great-grandchildren, Emilee, Aaron, Abby, Serra, Reese, Asia, Raelyn, Laynee, Madelyn, Mason, Morgan, Jonah, Lance, Olivia; and many other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 59 years, George Edwin Tocheff and parents, Jordan and Mabel (Swan) Hill. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 14, at First Church of the Nazarene, 7031 N. Main St., Dayton, with Pastor Stanley Ward officiating. Entombment will follow the service at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Brookville.

The family will receive friends on Friday, from 4:30-7 p.m., at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mount Vernon Nazarene University Croatia-Italy Mission Trip or Dayton First Youth Ministry Camp Scholarship.
