MOUNT VERNON — Most of the Colonial Classic semifinal between Fredericktown and Danville could be described as clumsy.
Then Jordan Elliott entered the game.
The Blue Devils outscored the Freddies, 39-21, from that point forward to run away with a 66-48 victory at The Hive and advance to today’s final against Mount Vernon.
Elliott was in foul trouble early and sat for most of the second quarter and part of the third. She re-entered three minutes into the third period, with the score tied at 27.
