FREDERICKTOWN — For many people, Christmas means weeks of anticipation, one day of celebration and then emotional deflation. But the buzz in Bethlehem surrounding the birth of Jesus continued at First Baptist Church Wednesday evening, as the community gathered to visit the hamlet set up in the church basement.
First, though, visitors were directed by Roman centurions to go to the census table to be counted. There they picked up the necessary items to continue their journey, including a tote bag, head dress and the first clue on how to find the miracle in the manger.
