Joshua Morrison/News South Gay Street was down to one lane this morning after a roll of steel fell off a semi-truck near Vine Street. In the freezing cold, a crew from Blubaugh Body and Frame worked to get the roll of steel out of the roadway and reset the load. A flat bed tow truck was used to move the rolled steel out of the street, and a larger tow truck was used to reset the load. The lane was reopened by 8:30 a.m.
