MOUNT VERNON — Students from area high schools had the chance to view “The Crucible” on Thursday morning at the Memorial Theater with free admission. Eleventh grade students from across Knox County have read Arthur Miller’s “The Crucible” as part of their English curriculum and have had the opportunity to see the written word performed onstage. Presented by MTVarts and Mount Vernon Nazarene University, and directed by Leah Andrews, the production was cast with both community theater actors as well as students from MVNU.
