UTICA — The Utica Redskins faced a bitter league rival in an extra inning affair at the corner of Route 13 and Blacksnake Road. In the end, it was the Redskins who were snake bitten, dropping a heartbreaker to the visiting Newark Catholic Green Wave, 3-2, in nine innings of Licking County League softball.
