MOUNT VERNON — Mount Vernon Municipal Court Judge Paul Spurgeon found probable cause for Tyrone Caldwell to be bound over to Knox County Common Pleas Court to be tried for the April 8 death of Marilyn Eversole. Caldwell was charged with aggravated burglary and aggravated murder.
