UTICA — The search for a Utica Village Council member will begin once again following an announcement of resignation Monday evening by newest member Kenneth Kelley when council met in council chambers.

“I am a United Methodist pastor, I’m under appointment by my Bishop, and he’s moving me in the next few months,” said Kelley. “I hate to do this because I really wanted to get involved with what’s going on.”
