FREDERICKTOWN — The Fredericktown school board on Tuesday passed a resolution to allow the Fredericktown Athletic Boosters to enter school property to construct new bleachers and signified its intent to accept the gift of the bleachers when they are complete.

The new bleachers are needed because the current facilities are not compliant with Americans with Disabilities Act provisions and are not compliant with building code safety regulations. The boosters are conducting fundraisers to obtain funds for the construction and no school funds will be used.
