MOUNT VERNON — A chance to learn about local opportunities for farmers and to share a time of socialization with others in the community took place Saturday morning at the Knox County Career Center. The second annual Farmers Share Breakfast was sponsored by Ohio Farm Bureau in conjunction with other local agencies as the local agriculture community came together to enjoy a breakfast of omelets, biscuits and gravy, sausage, juice, milk and coffee, all for a nominal donation. Servers at the breakfast included numerous elected officials and Farm Bureau volunteers.
