CENTERBURG — Village Council zipped through a routine agenda Monday evening with finances at the forefront.

Expenditures approved included $155,947 to the Ohio Water Development Authority for expenses related to the Lock Road Wastewater Reclamation Facility project, and another $28,565 to OWDA as a loan fee representing 0.35 percent of the $8.1 million project. Payment of $62,900 to the Ohio Public Works Commission was approved relative to recent installation of a new water service line along Hartford Avenue.
