MOUNT VERNON — Business has come to a close at the Mount Vernon Big Lots location at 911 Coshocton Ave.

Assistant manager Paul Sakala told the News that the business closed at 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, with the notice of closure coming from the Big Lots corporate headquarters in Columbus. The last bit of remaining inventory is to be donated to charity, much of it hopefully to The Salvation Army, said Sakala.
