COLUMBUS — February has been a busy, but fulfilling month for Mike Miller.

The former Ohio Department of Natural Resources Wildlife Officer for Knox County was recently named Shikar-Safari Club International Wildlife Officer of the Year. The same week, he started his new position — that of assistant chief in the ODNR Division of Watercraft.
