RICHEY, Fla. — Judy Rizor, 53, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014, in Newport Richey, Fla. She was born Aug. 10, 1960, in Mount Vernon, to Ralph “Gene” and Mary Francis.
She was a waitress for many years and is best known for managing the Ohio restaurant before she moved to Florida fourteen years ago. She was employed by Beef-O-Bradys in Newport Richey, Fla. She was preceded in death by her mother and father.
She is survived and will be terribly missed by her husband, Tom “TJ” Rizor; daughter, Sonya Carper; grandchildren, Damien, Dakota, Kendall Carper and Latesha McCaulley; brothers and sisters, Joyce (Greg) Graham, Janet (Doug) Bricker, Roger (Joanie) Francis, John (Judy) Francis, Jackie (Darrel) Gallwitz and Teresa (Corni) Cherry; and nieces and nephews.
There will be a celebration of Judy’s life Sunday, at 3 p.m., at the Mount Vernon Developmental Center in the Great Room, 1250 Vernonview Drive, Mount Vernon. Friends and family are welcome to come share this time.
Judy loved taking care of people and her final act of kindness was donating her organs.
