ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Jeffrey W. Barhite, 64, of Rochester, N.Y., passed away Feb. 13, 2014, at his residence. He was born Feb. 5, 1950, in Salamanca, N.Y., to William and Catherine (Conte) Barhite.
