MOUNT VERNON — Deborah E. Warner, 61, of E. Chestnut Street, passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully and without pain Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014, at her home.

She was born May 17, 1952, in Mount Vernon, the third child, and only daughter, to the late Thomas and Betty (Allen) Reasoner. Deborah was employed at Knox Community Hospital for over 25 years in the Radiology Department. She was also a member of the Ohio National Guard for over nine years.

She is survived by her husband, of over 26 years, Carl Warner; her daughter, Desiree (Eric) Scott of Santa Maria, Calif.; three grandchildren, Myah (Brayden) Strong, Delaisha Drye and Riley Scott; one great-granddaughter, Cayden; and three brothers, Steve (Catalina) Reasoner of Columbus, David Reasoner of Fla., and Hugh (Becki) Reasoner of Newark; and her beloved Aunt June; multitude of cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.

“Debedu” enjoyed life to the fullest. She was often brutally honest and loved fiercely all who were blessed to enter her sacred circle.

In keeping with Deborah’s wishes, there will be no calling hours. The family will observe a private memorial service at a later date.
