She was a graduate of Newark High School and retired from Mount Vernon Development Center after 17 years of service. She is remembered by her family as a caregiver who was always willing to help. She enjoyed preparing meals for the family, and watching the grandchildren and then the great-grandchildren as they grew. Her hobby was collecting owl figurines.

Wanda is survived by her daughter, Debra (Ron) Rine of Howard; grandchildren, Ty Rine, Tisha (Gene) Maharg and Tron Rine; great-grandchildren, Wayne, Bobby and Trenton Rine, Chase and Christina Maharg, Preston, Jericah, Natasha and Joslynn Rine; brother, Larry D. (Millie) Woodruff; sister, Norma Jean Roth; sisters-in-law Barbara Woodruff and Rebecca Chapman; as well as nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents; husband, Wayne F. Moore; brother, John “Sunny” Woodruff; and sister-in-law, Nevella Jean Coffman preceded Wanda in death.
