BELLVILLE — Jasper C. Goossens, 37, of Bellville died unexpectedly Friday, Dec. 20, 2013, at his home. He was born Jan. 26, 1976, in Mount Vernon. He was the son of Michael and Ruth Goossens of Mount Vernon.

He was an incredible father to two children, Demi Rizor and Avery Goossens. Jasper was a member of the Wrangler’s Horse 4-H club. He was also a previous firefighter and EMT-B. He was loved by many and will be missed very much. He will be meeting his grandparents in Heaven and we all look forward to the day we can all be together again.

Jasper is survived by his parents, Mike and Ruth Goossens; children, Demi Rizor and Avery Goossens; and sisters, Casey (Travis) Jauert and Brandy (fiancé, Lewis Bailey) Goossens; nephews, L.J. Jauert, Kami Jauert and Jak Neely; and a very special and dear friend to his heart, Carmen Kyle.

From his dad, for the sons and daughters the world got the best of God bless them all.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home, 619 East High St., Mount Vernon.
