MOUNT VERNON — Lucille Mae Grizzell, 82, of Yauger Road, Mount Vernon, passed away Monday, Oct. 28, 2013, at the Emeritus at HillenVale. She was born Oct. 21, 1931, in Connersville, Ind., to the late Wavel and Marjorie (Beck) Crowe.
Lucille is survived by her daughters, Gloria Jean (Charles) Turner of Miamisburg and Sandy (Jim) Stewart of Frankton, Ind.; three grandchildren, Angie (Tim) Woodward, Steve Stewart and Jason Stewart; several great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Eugene (Lillian) Crowe of Mount Vernon and Jesse (Carol) Crowe of Mount Vernon.
Besides her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, Hassell Ward Grizzell; a granddaughter, Jama Kay Stewart; a sister, Mary Case; and a brother, Tommy Crowe.
Friends may call Thursday, at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home from noon to 1 p.m. A service will follow at 1 p.m. with Rev. Dr. Lucian Baker officiating. Burial will be held in Mound View Cemetery.
