COLUMBUS -- Marjorie J. Brandt, 90, passed away April 15, 2011. Born on Jan. 10, 1921, she was the daughter of Patrick and Mary E. Forbes, in Parsons, Kan.
HOWARD -- Olin W. "Junior"Good II, 69, of Howard, formerly of Marietta, passed away Friday, April 15, 2011, in his daughter's home surrounded by all of his family, after a long courageous battle with lung cancer.
CENTERBURG -- Melvin R. Linkous, 79, of Centerburg, died Saturday, April 16, 2011, at St. Ann's Hospital, Westerville.
CENTERBURG -- William H. "Bill"Minor, 80, of Centerburg, passed away Friday, April 15, 2011, at St. Ann's Hospital.
SUNBURY -- Ray "Norm"Norman Jr., 86, of Sunbury, died Saturday, April 16, 2011, at his residence surrounded by his family.
BELLVILLE -- Erma Belle Showalter, 85, of Poorman Road, Bellville, died Sunday, April 17, 2011, in Mount Carmel St. Ann's Hospital, Westerville.
ONTARIO -- William "Bill"Thurber, 77, died April 15, 2011, at the James Cancer Center in Columbus.

Report of babies born at hospitals other than Knox Community Hospital must be submitted in writing. Include parents’ names, address, age, baby’s sex, and date and place of birth. If either parent is under the age of 18, the signature of a parent or guardian is necessary for each of the baby’s underage parents.
