MOUNT VERNON — Mable L. Albert, 82, of Maplewood Avenue,
Mount Vernon, passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2007, at Knox Community Hospital
in Mount Vernon. These arrangements are under the care and direction of the Flowers-Snyder
Funeral Home.
Mary Jane Bowers
BELLVILLE — Mary Jane (Sampsel) Bowers, 81, of Tucson,
Ariz., and formerly of Bellville, died Tuesday, March 27, 2007, in St. Mary’s
Hospice, Tucson, following a short illness.
She was born June 13, 1925, in Mansfield to William Albert and Eva Kaufman Sampsel and remained a Bellville area resident until moving to Tucson in 2001.
Jane is survived by a daughter, Ruth Ellen (Carl) Faust of Perrysville; a son, Larry (Patricia) Bowers of Vail, Ariz.; four grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; four stepgreat-grandchildren; a half sister; three sisters-in-law; a brother-in-law; several nieces and nephews; and her loyal and faithful dog “Snoopy.”
She was preceded in death by her husband, George A. “Junior” Bowers, on June 28, 2001; a brother, William Sampsel; two half sisters; and two half brothers.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 11, at 11 a.m. in the Bellville Snyder Funeral Home. The Rev. Robert Hauser will officiate. Friends may call one hour prior to the memorial service. Interment will follow in Bellville Cemetery.

Mildred K. Goodwin
MOUNT VERNON — Mildred K. Goodwin, 93, passed away
peacefully at The Laurels of Mount Vernon, April 3, 2007.
She was born Nov. 13, 1913, in Fargo, N.D., to Paul and Ann (Makis) Kramer. She was a member of Gay Street United Methodist Church. She had devoted her life to her home and family.
She is survived by one son, Ronald Goodwin of Mount Vernon; and one daughter, Brenda Goodwin of Eugene, Ore.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles M. Goodwin; and three brothers.
There will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Dr. David Baker officiating. The North-Dilley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

MOUNT VERNON — Tracy Marie Hager, 32, of Mount Vernon
passed away Sunday, April 1, 2007, at her home.
She was born May 22, 1975, in Newark.
She is survived by her children, a daughter, Aurora Shalfaunt of Newark; daughter, Demi Rizor of Mount Vernon; daughter, Hannah Hager of Gambier; and a son, Joenus Miller of Howard. She is also survived by three brothers and a sister, Vaughn Stoutenburgh Jr., Frank (Stephanie) Stoutenburgh, Jesse Rizor and Catherine (Noel) Marton; and her grandfather, Raymond Rizor; and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Rizor; and her father, Vaughn Stoutenburgh Sr.

Randall Kise II
GALENA — Randall James Kise II of Galena has died unexpectedly
at the age of 38. He was born Feb. 18, 1969, in Delaware. He owned and operated
R&R
Drainworks. He was a world-class hunter and fisherman and a very involved community
supporter. He was a loving husband, father and son.
He was preceded in death by his father, Randall James Kise I.
He is survived by his wife, Julia Kise; his sons, Randy III, Ryan and Perry Kise; his stepfather and mother, Roark (Emma) Kise-Hyer; two sisters, Lyn Rapp and Debra Kise; brother, Scott Hyer.
Family will receive friends Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 N. High St., Worthington (1/2 mile south of I-270). Funeral service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Oakgrove Cemetery, Delaware.
