COSHOCTON — Delmer Ulysses Bechtel, 92, formerly of Warsaw, died March 20,
2006, at Autumn Health Care.
Funeral service will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with the Rev. Ron Davis officiating. Burial will be in the Canal Lewisville Cemetery. Visitation is two hours prior to the service on Thursday.

MOUNT VERNON — Imogene M. Blaha, 76, died Tuesday, March 21, 2006, at the
Knox Community Hospital. The Fischer Funeral Home in Danville is handling arrangements.
Ruie J. Cheek
MARENGO — Ruie J. Cheek, 96, of Marengo died Tuesday, March 21, 2006, at
Bennington Glen Nursing Center. She was formerly of Centerburg.
She volunteered for the Red Cross for many years.
Surviving are a daughter, Lois Keaton of Marengo; son, Keith (Maxine) Brown of Centerburg; grandchildren, George William Keaton, Cindy Wolcott, Warren Brown and Lori Nonnemacher; great-grandchildren, Jacob Rutherford, George Keaton II, and Karen and Erin Nonnemacher; great-great-granddaughter, Savannah Keaton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was precede in death by husbands, Harold Brown and Grover Cheek; grandson, John Evert Keaton; brother, Dwight Price; and sister, Iva Reed.
Friends may call Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Johnson-Melick-Moreland Funeral Home, 49 W. Church St., Centerburg. Funeral service will be Friday, March 24, at 1 p.m. at the Centerburg Christian Church, 33 Church St., Centerburg, with the Rev. Chris B. Williams officiating. Interment will be in Eastview Cemetery.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Jean Ardyce (Martin) Squires, 84, of Louisville, Ky.,
passed away Monday, March 20, 2006, at Oaklawn Nursing and Rehab Center.
She was a native of Mount Vernon, and a retired seamstress for St. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital. She was a member of Beechmont Methodist Church, Eastern Star Liberty Chapter 245 and Ladies Auxiliary Iroquois American Legion Post 229.
She is survived by two daughters, Nancy Usher and Linda Lally; six grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and her constant companion, her dog Babe.
Funeral service will be Friday at 2 p.m. at North-Dilley Funeral Home, 212 N. Main St., Mount Vernon, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery at Gambier. Visitation will be today from 3 to 8 p.m. at O.D. White & Sons, 2727 S. Third St., Louisville, Ky.; and Friday from 1 to 2 p.m. at North-Dilley Funeral Home.
