Douglas W. Rowe
CENTERBURG — Douglas W. “Doug” Rowe, 40, of Centerburg, died at his residence Saturday morning, Oct. 22, 2005, after a two-year illness.

He was born Aug. 13, 1965, in Hamilton and had lived in the Centerburg area for three years, coming from Columbus. Doug was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and he loved playing football with his boys. He was a project manager with Nationwide Insurance, with 12 years of service.

He is survived by his wife of seven years, Beth (Coughlin) Rowe, and they were married Oct. 22, 1998; sons, Brady and Kody at home; parents, Donald and Louise (Rogers) Rowe of St. Marys; sister, Elizabeth (Craig) Metzger of Powell; and three nieces.

Friends may call today from 5 to 8 p.m. at the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, Ohio 3 at Ohio 61, where service will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. with his uncle, the Rev. Frank Rowe, officiating. Interment will follow in the Eastview Cemetery.
