Dan R. Heichel
BELLVILLE — Dan R. “Boone” Heichel, 56, of Ross Road, Bellville,
died Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2005, in MedCentral Mansfield Hospital following a short
illness.
He was born Nov. 12, 1948, in Mansfield to Robert Glenn and Dorothy Mae (Farst) Heichel.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy (Fry) Heichel, whom he married March 17, 1995; a son, Troy Heichel; daughters, Melanie Heichel, Michelle (Shawn) Davis and Deborah Miller; four grandchildren; two brothers, Donald Heichel and David Heichel; four nephews; and a large extended family.
His parents preceded him in death.
The family will receive friends today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Bellville Snyder Funeral Home, where the funeral service will be Saturday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Douglas J. Pretorius will officiate. Burial will follow in Little Washington Cemetery, where American Legion Post 535 will hold graveside military honors.

WARSAW — Margaret Thirza Mason, 87, of Warsaw died Thursday, Sept. 1, 2005,
at her residence.

John E. Richards Sr.
FREDERICKTOWN — John E. Richards Sr., formerly of New Albany, passed away
Thursday, Aug. 30, 2005, at his residence in Fredericktown.
John was the maintenance manager at Jack Maxton Chevrolet. He served in the Ohio National Guard, and was a member of F&AM 238, Chester Lodge, 32nd Degree Mason and Scottish Rite. He was also actively involved in the Eastern Star.
He is survived by sons, John E. (Eva M.) Richards Jr., Jason W. (Amy Y.) Richards and Jeffrey L. (Sheila) Faryman; grandchildren, Natalie L. Richards, Justin A. Richards and Ethan C. Richards; his mother, Lula R. Richards; brother, Don E. (June A.) Richards; nephew, Steven M. Richards; and many dear and close friends.
Friends may call today from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Hill Funeral Home, 220 S. State St., Westerville, where service will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Pastor John Trainer will officiate. Masonic service will be today at 8 p.m. Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
