Misty Pfuehler
GAMBIER — Misty D. Pfuehler, 39, of New Gambier Road, Gambier, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2005, at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. The funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home.

Marcella Mae ‘Sally’ Wolford
MOUNT VERNON — Marcella Mae “Sally” Wolford, 88, of Marion Street, Mount Vernon, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2005, at the Country Court Nursing Center.

She was born May 3, 1917, in Knox County to Warren and Amelia (Robinson) Alberts and had been a lifetime resident of the Knox County area. Sally had been employed as a cook and bartender at The Office in Mount Vernon.

She is survived by five sons, Paul (Juanita) Wolford of Mount Vernon, Joseph H. (Faye) Wolford and Ronald J. Wolford of Howard, and George D. (Ellen) Wolford and John A. (Nancy) Wolford of Mount Vernon; two daughters, Otis P. Davis of Mount Vernon and Millie (Carl) Boyd of Tennessee; a brother, William Alberts of Mount Vernon; a sister, Amanda Oswalt of Mount Vernon; 31 grandchildren; 64 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Mildred Wolford; and a special grandson, Eddie Davis.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul H. Wolford; two sons, Arthur L. and Walter G. Wolford; a daughter, Rosalie Emmert; and two grandchildren.

Friends may call today from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home, where a funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. Interment will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery.
