Lewis J. Bill
MOUNT VERNON — Lewis J. Bill, 79, of Mount Vernon passed away Tuesday, March
29, 2005, at Knox Community Hospital. Arrangements are under the care and direction
of the Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home.
Michael L. Campbell
GALION — Michael L. Campbell, 60, of 5965 Spring Valley Court, Galion, died
unexpectedly Monday, March 28, 2005, at Cincinnati V.A. Medical Center.
Born July 3, 1944, in Mount Vernon, he was the son of the late Albert Leland Campbell and Anna Lucille (May) Mills. He married Bertha Mae (Brown) Campbell on Feb. 14, 1992, who survives.
He was a member of Southview Baptist Church and is a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked at American National Can in Mount Vernon where he was a machine operator for 20 years. He enjoyed gardening and mowing lawns.
Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Justin and Elizabeth Campbell; three stepchildren, Deanna Rhodes of Galion, David Oney of Bucyrus and Troy Oney of Galion; one grandson, Joshua Campbell; five stepgrandchildren, James, Cory, Earick, Kristin and Cheyenne; and one brother, David Campbell of Marion.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Linda Moore; and his stepfather, Marvin Mills.
Friends may call Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Southview Baptist Church. Funeral service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at Southview Baptist Church with Pastor David Cline officiating. Interment will be in Crawford County Memory Gardens. Military graveside service will be conducted by the Galion/Crestline area veteran’s organizations. Funeral arrangements are in the care of Richardson-Davis Funeral Home.

Mary E. Mill
MOUNT VERNON — Mary E. Mill, 91, of Mount Vernon died Tuesday, March 29,
2005, at the Country Club Retirement Campus in Mount Vernon following an extended
illness.
Mary was born July 7, 1913, in Mount Vernon to Ralph and Dema (Breece) Brock and had spent her lifetime in Mount Vernon. Mary was retired from the Knox County Treasurer’s Office. She was a member of the Mulberry Street United Methodist Church in Mount Vernon and a member of the Knox County Republican Women’s Club.
Her husband of 66 years, Robert S. Mill; and several nieces, nephews and cousins survive her.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Grace Williams, Marjorie Bennington and Gladys Kreps.
Funeral service will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the Mulberry Street United Methodist Church in Mount Vernon. The Rev. Eli Dorman will officiate. Friends may call at the church one hour before the funeral.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home in Mount Vernon.

Janet L. Myers
DOUGLAS, Ariz. — Janet L. Myers of Douglas, Ariz., passed away March 22,
2005, at Infinia Health Care at Douglas.
Mrs. Myers was born Sept. 12, 1924, in Mount Vernon to Frank and Ida (Winguir) Simpkins. She lived in Phoenix prior to moving to Douglas, Ariz., in 1982.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Floyd D. Myers Sr.; two sons, Frank (Melinda) Myers of San Angelo, Texas, and Floyd (Robin) Myers Jr. of Sun City, Ariz.; grandchildren, Tammy Scott, Deidra Hoff, Chris Myers, Bradley Myers, Shalmari Bello and Lindsay Bonner; 16 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Eilleen Thompson of Mansfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Margaret Levering.
A memorial service will be Sunday, April 3, at 12:30 p.m. at the Brown-Page Mortuary Chapel at Douglas, Ariz., with Does Drove No. 230 officiating. Following the service a reception will be held at the BPO Elks Lodge 650, 10th Street, Douglas, Ariz.
