Chad R. Brady
HOWARD — Chad Russell Brady, 29, of Weber Road, Howard, died May 31, 2004,
in Louisiana.
He was born June 24, 1974, in Mount Vernon. He was self employed in the timber business and a former employee of Rolls-Royce in Mount Vernon.
He is survived by his parents, Randall E. and Deborah (Parsons) Brady of Howard; his birth mother, Mary (Brown) Francis of Louisville; a daughter, Amber Jazzmen Brady of Fredericktown; four sons, Matthew Adam Brady, Chad Russell Brady Jr., Rondel Eugene Brady and Tristan Ryan Brady, all of Danville; four sisters, Tammy Lee Cooksey of Amite, La., Gidget Jolien Lamp of Danville, Sandra Renae Brady of Mount Vernon and Destiney Aurora Brady of Howard; two brothers, Randall E. Brady Jr. of Walhonding and Joseph Jay-Dean Brady of Amite, La; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Fischer Funeral Home in Danville with the Rev. Thurman Parsons officiating. Burial will be in the Workman Cemetery at Danville. Visitation is Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and until service time on Friday.

away Thursday, June 3, 2004, at the Country Court Nursing Home. The Flowers-Snyder

Patricia Hubbell
PATASKALA — Patricia “Patty” Hubbell, 50, of Pataskala died
Monday, May 31, 2004, at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
Mrs. Hubbell was born Oct. 3, 1953, in Columbus. She was a member of Church of The Ascension.
She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Terry Hubbell of Pataskala; one son, Shaun Urbano of Columbus; one daughter, Carey Rowe of Centerburg; one stepson, Jerod Hubbell of Omaha, Neb.; father, Louis Urbano of Columbus; two brothers and four sisters, Michael (Deanna) Urbano of Rome, Ga., Phyllis Urbano of Columbus, Shirley Urbano of Columbus, Louis F. (Jean) Urbano of Centerburg, Debbie (Gary) Rowe of Columbus, Sandy (Jim) Javins of Columbus; five nieces, Dawn Morton, Jessica Rowe, Danielle (Itchaku) Murata, Kinsey Rowe, Stacy Urbano; three nephews, Adam, Blake and Alex Urbano; three godsons, David, Robert and John Rhodeback.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Iudiciani Urbano.
Family will receive friends today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Crouse-Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, 225 N. Main St., Johnstown, where funeral service will be Friday at 10 a.m. The Rev. Reichert will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Johnstown.
