UTICA The Utica Historical Society will meet Monday at 7 p.m. in the carriage house behind the Hufford House Museum, 45 N. Main St. Jack Raines will tell about the history of the cornerstone laid at the Mill Street School (now Utica Washington High School) in 1927.

The Licking Masonic Lodge 291 will conduct a ceremony Sunday, July 14, at 2 p.m. to remove the cornerstone. If inclement weather, the ceremony will take place in the high school gymnasium.

All meetings of the historical society are free and open to the public. For further information, call Phyllis Riley at 740-892-3789.
