MOUNT VERNON The Public Library of Mount Vernon and Knox County will host an evening of blues and American Roots music with musician Noah Shull on Wednesday, June 26, at 7 p.m. The evening is co-sponsored by Friends of the Library as part of the Groundbreaking Reads Adult Summer Reading Program.

An accomplished resophonic and acoustic guitar player, Shull has been playing blues and Americana music for half of his life. The program is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served. Participants will be eligible for door prizes and entry slips for the weekly and grand prize drawings for the Groundbreaking Reads Adult Summer Reading Program will be available.
