MOUNT VERNON — The Center for Rehabilitation and Wellness at Knox Community Hospital is excited to offer a new option for fitness training. Bootcamp is a challenging circuit training workout for the entire body, increasing strength and improving muscular definition and endurance. This class incorporates balance, strength and flexibility using small equipment that includes free-weights, stability balls, BOSU, foam rollers and bands.
An exciting and fun hour, packed full of exercises that keep participants moving, burning calories and building strength — all supervised by certified fitness instructors. It is the perfect class for all fitness levels as the exercises can be modified to ability.
The bootcamp at the Center for Rehab & Wellness on Yauger Road is on Mondays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. To enroll or for more information, call 740-393-9875.
