CENTERBURG — With $8.1 million in hand from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency for a new wastewater reclamation facility, Centerburg Village Council took a step toward satisfying the loan at Monday evening’s regular monthly meeting. Repayment of the 20-year, zero interest loan will commence in 2016 and bring substantial increases in sanitary sewer system fees.
