MOUNT VERNON — Knox County Health Commissioner Julie Miller reported on current concerns at the county health department when she met Monday morning with the county commissioners. Topics discussed included the upcoming closing of the health department’s medical clinic which has been dependent on levy funds in order to operate plus concerns from the results from the recent PRIDE survey.
